"Faith seeking understanding"
The Institute of Christian Studies
exists to provide you with the opportunity to explore
the Christian faith in depth and systematically through
a series of short courses of four to six weeks.
Designed to stand alone or be followed
in a series, each course will involve weekly attendance
at presentations with opportunity for discussion. We
will explore current issues in church and society as
well as spirituality, ethics and Biblical studies,
and for those interested in the wealth of experience
just waiting to be discovered there, courses will also
be offered in church history, liturgy and ecclesiology.

Join us for Lent this year as Father Andrew leads a series of four evenings looking at the Passion narrative in the four gospels. Whether you are a distinguished biblical scholar or have never really thought about the differences and similarities between the distinct renditions of the Easter story - there's bound to be something new and exciting for you to discover - the word of God is like that! Everybody is most welcome. Booking is not necessary but to have some idea of numbers is helpful to ensure we have sufficient refreshments for all! Email institute@christchurchpriory.org
